Stroke Survivors Support Group
This support group will aid in the development of optimal education, support systems and resources to assist stroke patients and their families in achieving the best possible recovery. Anyone who has experienced a stroke is invited, along with family, friends or support people. Topics of discussion include dietary education/recommendations; medication education/compliance; understanding risk factors and signs/symptoms of stroke; depression and other mental health concerns; and rehabilitation and provider follow-up.
